3. When HZS75 concrete batch plant is mixing materials, it is forbidden to shut down the machine halfway. But if the power blackouts occur during the mixing of HZS75 concrete batching plant, press the discharging button immediately, open the discharging door and discharge all materials in the mixing drum completely to prevent materials from hardening.
4. It is prohibited to stand in the working range of the hopper and the discharging areas for operators in case of accidentally injure. Operator should check the upper and lower limit switches of lifting hopper frequently whether they are safe and reliable. Operators must take the drainage into consideration for the foundation and there must be no waterlogging of the foundation. When the concrete batching plant is operating, it is not allowed for operators to enter into the track of lifting hopper or stand under the track. If operators must enter there, lift the hopper to the safe place and lock it with safety chain to ensure the safety.
5. After installing the concrete batching plant, if the plant is higher than the surrounding building, it is must be equipped with lightening-protection device.
