2. After Haomei concrete pump pumps concrete, pump 0.15-0.25m3 mortar that the water cement ratio is 1:1.5 or 1:2 again and then fill the distribution valve with water. Pump the concrete to the pouring place until clear water comes out from the output end of delivery pipeline. If the pipeline is very short and the cleaning effect is good, the cleaning is complete.
3. When the pipeline is long and the cleaning effect is not very good, open the discharging door of hopper and reserving pumping, and wash the hopper and distribution valve completely. When pumping concrete upward and delivery height exceeds 20m, knock the elbow on the bottom of the vertical part with wooden hammer. If the knocking voice is low and deep, took the elbow apart and pour out the remaining large aggregate.
4. Close the discharging door, pump clear water until the clear water comes out from the output end of delivery pipeline.
Advantages: there is no need to disconnect the discharging mouth pipe and add cleaning ball, which can save time, and be convenient to pump concrete and clean the short pipeline especially.
Disadvantages: it wastes a lot of water and water pumping must be continuous; if the pipeline is vertical, disconnect the elbow; when the pipeline is long, materials are easy to remain in the pipeline; the sealing performance of distribution valve must be very good.
