- Check the steel wire rope of concrete mixer and spread some grease on the surface of the steel wire rope. Change the steel wire rope timely when it is abraded to a certain degree.
- Check the oil level of reducer and oil volume of concentrated oil pump. If necessary, add or change the oil.
- The water supply system of concrete mixer should keep clean to avoid blocking. Check and clean the suction valve.
- Check the rocking arm of the travel switch of concrete mixer whether it is loose. Adjust it if necessary.
- Check the mixing blades of concrete mixer and the connecting bolts of supporting arm whether they are loose. Adjust the gap between the mixing blade and the cylinder wall and the biggest gap of JS500 twin shaft compulsory concrete mixer is 5mm.
