Definition of mud agitator
A mud agitator is used in surface mud systems to suspend solids and maintain homogeneous mixture throughout the system. A mechanical agitator is driven by an explosion-proof motor, coupled to a gear box that drives the impeller shaft. The impellers (turbines) transform mechanical power into fluid circulation or agitation. The objective is to obtain a uniform suspension of all solids. The agitator is an important part of the mud solids control system. It is mounted on the circulating tank. The vanes of the agitator dip into the mud to agitate the fluid uniformly. 4.Before construction ,drilling crew should combined the fact of construction to formulate operate emergency plan of well control aiming to the risk of construction well .

5.The safety department should supervise the key wells and the first risk well .and strengthen the inspection of well control to overcome the fluke mind in which can assure the well control measures.this way can not assure the job of well control risk.

6.Insure the installation quality of the well solids control equipments and arrange specially-assigned person to manage it.Enhance the inspection and maintainance of well control equipments at site. If there is any problem, try to solve it timely to guarantee the equipments to work well. Provide complete sets of BOP tools and insure they can work well.

7.Before drilling ,the technical person need to contact with all drilling crew members .the management center of key well and risk well need to go site to contact with well technical persons .When drilling gas and oil layer ,we need to declare for examination and approval system in order to cause enough attention for all staff.

8.Every time before drilling oil and gas layer,we need to adjust the density to the upper limit of design,circulate 2 rounds above ,rest 300 minutes ,and drill down 250-350 m.When no oil gas blow out ,start drilling again.at the time of drilling,we should control the speed of drilling rig,and use 1 file to start drilling finish 3 drilling every time ,and then fill drilling fluids once,In the event of suction on the drilling process,we should take off the rig to deal with and recorded by special persons.

9.In the process of construction,we should execute the system of duty strictly .Duty start from “3 high”and “2 shallow”.We should record and measure the conditions of performance of drilling fluids ,the volume of drilling ,oil and gas according to the request.When finding the abnormal condition or blowout ,we need to report at once.

10.Achieving the level of “Standardization and skilled”should through the emergency exercise and improve the skilled operation for all staff .

11.Electronic test,there is a special person obverse the wellhead,and who fill the drilling fluids in time .the time of electronic should not pass 8 hours .or drill drift.When changing the bit,we should keep the amount of rig tools inner well in order to shorten the time of empty hole and blowout.

12.Before casing, in convenient of picking up the drill pipe when blowout occurred during the casing ,we should replace the corresponding size ram (can use micro variable bore ram) according to the regulations or reserve casing circulating sub on the rig floor, For replacing the bop ram,we should retest the blowout preventer to ensure the control equipment works well.

13.Under construction,we should implement the management of fire prevention,anti-explosion and other well control reporting system step by step strictly.Any abnormal situation should be report or asking for intructions timely in order to take an emergency measure. All drilling crews must ensure a smooth communication in case of all abnormals can be reported to the superior authorities in time.Finishing the wellhead within 30 minutes after completion of the cementing, welding simple wellhead and the vent valve.During the Hou coagulation, a special person obverse channeling risk situation for the wellhead or around.A timely report and taking emergency measures should be made to guartantee a safety drilling construction process.

It is well known both at home and abroad that perfect solids control equipment indicate scientific and sustainable drilling operations. Shale shakers consist of the following parts:
Hopper – The Hopper, commonly called the “base” serves as both a platform for the shaker and collection pan for the fluid processed by the shaker screens, also known as “underflow”. The hopper can be ordered according to the needs of the drilling fluid, aka “mud” system. It can come in different depths to accommodate larger quantities of drilling fluid as well as have different ports for returning the underflow to the mud system.
Oil well Shaker
Feeder- The Feeder is essentially a collection pan for the drilling fluid before it is processed by the shaker, it can come in many different shapes and sizes to accommodate the needs of the mud system. The most commonly used feeder is known as the weir feeder, the drilling fluid enters the feeder usually through a pipe welded to the outside wall near the bottom of the feeder tank, it fills the feeder to a predetermined point and like water flowing over a dam the mud (drilling fluid) spills over the weir and onto the screening area of the shaker. This method of feeding the shaker is most widely used due to its ability to evenly distribute the mud along the entire width of the drilling fluid shaker allowing for maximum use of the shaker’s screening deck area.
Some feeders can be equipped with a bypass valve at the bottom of the feeder which allows the drilling fluid to bypass the shaker basket and go directly into the hopper and back into the mud system without being processed by the shaker screens.
Screen Basket- Also known as the screen “bed” it is the most important part of the machine, it is responsible for transferring the shaking intensity of the machine, measured in “G’s”, while keeping the “shaking” motion even throughout the entire basket. It must do all that while holding the shale shaker screens securely in place, eliminating drilled solids bypass to the hopper and allowing for easy operation and maintenance of the machine. Different brands of shakers have different methods of fulfilling these demands by using specialized screen tensioning apparatus, rubber seals around the screens, basket reinforcement to limit flex, rubber Float Mounts rather than springs, rubber Deck seals and selective vibrator placement.

Basket Angling Mechanism- The shaker basket must be capable of changing its angle to accommodate various flow rates of drilling fluids and to maximize the use of the shaker bed, this is where the angling mechanism plays an important part. The drilling fluid flowing over the shaker bed is designated into two categories:
Pool: Which is the area of the screening deck that consists mostly of drilling fluid with drilled cuttings suspended within it.
Beach: Is the area where the fluid has been mostly removed from the cuttings and they begin to look like a pile of solids.
As a rule of thumb the Beach and pool are maintained at a ratio of 80% pool and 20% beach, this of course can change depending on the requirements of cutting dryness and flow rates.
There are various angling mechanisms currently in use which vary from hydraulic to pneumatic and mechanical, they can be controlled from either one side of the shaker or must be adjusted individually per side. Mechanical angling mechanisms can be very dependable often requiring less maintenance but usually take more time to operate than their hydraulic or pneumatic counterparts where as the hydraulic/pneumatic angling mechanisms are much faster to operate and require less a physical means of operation.
Vibrator- This is the device which applies the vibratory force and motion type to the shaker bed. A vibrator is a specialized motor built for the purpose of vibrating, While containing an electric motor to provide the rotary motion it uses a set of eccentric weights to provide an omnidirectional force. To produce the proper Linear motion a second, counter rotating, vibrator is added in parallel to the first. This is what gives us the linear motion, “high G” shaking of the basket.

Driling Fluid Mud cleaner is the second or third stage separation equipment of drilling liquid, which deals with the mud after being treated by the first grade separation equipment. The Driling fluid Mud Cleaner barite will be recovered and cuttings which are bigger than barite will be removed. Linear Motion Mud Cleaner Working Principle

In the dual simultaneous flow mode the top deck handles the mud cleaner underflow and the bottom deck handles the primary scalping. The mud cleaner is a six panel dual deck multifunctional drying shaker with desander and desilter. It has two 2.4 HP (1.8 KW) vibratory motors and a maximum shale shaker screen surface area of 56 sq. ft. (5.2 sq. m) capable of handling 500 to 1,500 gpm (31.5 to 94.6 lps).

All units can be provided with 380V / 50Hz or 460V / 60Hz; generate a noise level less than 80 decibels (dB); and are fitted with an adjustable deck capable of inclinations of -2 to +5 degrees. When drilling top-hole sections, where heavy, high volume solids are typically encountered, the high G-Force design will effectively move the solids across the shale shaker screens. All units come standard with explosion proof motors and enclosures.
