For the material cleaning, the shale shaker conducts the cleaning by shaking the particles according to their shape and size. And the cleaning can be graded into granule, powder, crumbles and pellet fodder. Granule is the raw material to be crushed, such as cereals, which is cleaned by two double-deck screen with different sieve pores, by which the impurities and slit can be both removed at the same time. And the powder refers to the material that doesn’t need to be crushed, which can be cleaned by plane screen or vibrating screen. Screening technique is needed in the cleaning of crumbles which commonly cleaned by shale shaker. At last, for the particle fodder, the cleaning processing is conducted by double-deck shaker screen.
